Job Title: Nursing Staff
Department: Staff Nurse / Nursing Staff
Reporting To: Nursing / Clinical Operations
Location: Block-A, A-60, A Block, Sector 2, Noida, Uttar Pradesh – 201301
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift: Rotational / As per Duty Roster
1. Job Summary
We are looking for a compassionate, responsible and clinically competent Nursing Staff to provide high-quality patient care, assist doctors during examinations and procedures, administer medications and treatments, maintain accurate clinical records, and ensure compliance with hospital SOPs and patient-safety standards.
The candidate must have the required nursing qualification and valid registration with the Uttar Pradesh Nurses & Midwives Council (UPNMC).
2. Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Care
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients according to their clinical condition and treatment plan.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including BP, pulse, temperature, SpO₂ and respiratory rate.
- Assess and continuously monitor patients for changes in their condition.
- Report any deterioration or abnormal findings immediately to the concerned doctor/senior nurse.
- Provide appropriate comfort, hygiene and personal care to patients.
- Assist patients with mobility, nutrition and other basic care requirements.
Medication & Treatment
- Administer medicines, injections, IV fluids and other treatments strictly as prescribed by the doctor.
- Follow the right patient, right medicine, right dose, right route and right time principles.
- Maintain medication administration records accurately.
- Monitor patients for adverse reactions and immediately report them.
- Maintain proper storage and handling of medicines as per hospital protocols.
Doctor & Clinical Assistance
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures and treatments.
- Prepare patients and required equipment before procedures.
- Maintain sterile techniques during clinical procedures.
- Assist during emergency situations and resuscitation procedures.
- Ensure required medical equipment and supplies are available and functional.
Documentation & Records
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing notes, patient files, medication charts, observation charts and treatment records.
- Complete admission, transfer and discharge-related nursing documentation.
- Maintain proper shift handover and takeover records.
- Ensure patient records are complete, accurate and confidential.
- Report incidents, medication errors or other clinical concerns as per hospital policy.
Infection Control & Patient Safety
- Strictly follow hospital infection-control protocols.
- Follow hand hygiene and PPE requirements.
- Ensure proper biomedical waste segregation and disposal.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in patient-care areas.
- Follow hospital protocols for preventing falls, pressure injuries and other patient-safety risks.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Emergency & Critical Care Support
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies.
- Assist doctors and senior nurses during emergency procedures.
- Provide BLS/CPR when required and within the scope of training.
- Ensure emergency trolley, oxygen supply and essential emergency equipment are readily available.
- Escalate emergency conditions immediately to the appropriate clinical team.
Patient & Attendant Communication
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with patients and their attendants.
- Explain basic nursing care and treatment instructions as directed by the doctor.
- Educate patients regarding medication, hygiene, diet and post-discharge care where applicable.
- Handle patient/attendant concerns professionally and escalate complaints to the appropriate authority.
Coordination & Administration
- Coordinate with doctors, Nursing Superintendent, Senior Nurses, technicians and other hospital departments.
- Maintain proper shift handover.
- Check availability of medicines, consumables and nursing supplies.
- Report shortages, damaged equipment or other operational issues.
- Follow the hospital duty roster, attendance rules and departmental instructions.
- Participate in nursing meetings, training and quality-improvement activities.
3. Qualification & Registration
- GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery) or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the Uttar Pradesh Nurses & Midwives Council (UPNMC) is mandatory.
- Registration should be valid and active at the time of joining.
- Candidates must submit their nursing registration certificate/registration number during onboarding.
- Candidates with registration from another State Nursing Council may be considered subject to applicable registration/transfer requirements.
4. Experience
- Freshers: May apply for entry-level Staff Nurse positions.
- 0–5 years: Preferred depending on the department and position.
- Candidates with experience in multispecialty hospitals,
ICUs, emergency departments, wards, OT, maternity, pediatrics or other clinical departments will be preferred.

6. Preferred Certifications
- BLS/CPR Certification
- ACLS certification for relevant departments
- Relevant clinical training/certifications

8. Working Conditions
- Full-time, hospital-based position.
- Rotational shifts, including night shifts, as per the duty roster.
- May be required to work on weekends and public holidays depending on departmental requirements.
- Must strictly follow hospital SOPs, clinical protocols, infection-control guidelines, patient-safety standards and applicable regulatory requirements.

- Other documents as required by the HR Department
