C++ Technical Trainer

Role Overview
We are looking for a technically strong and engaging C++ Technical Trainer who can deliver concept-driven, hands-on programming training and mentor learners through coding, problem-solving, and project-based learning.

Key Responsibilities

Technical & Concept Clarity

- Solid understanding of C++ fundamentals and programming concepts.
- Explain concepts such as variables, functions, pointers, OOP, STL, memory management, and exception handling clearly.
- Connect programming concepts with real-world applications.
- Resolve learner doubts with accurate and structured explanations.

Hands-on Coding

- Conduct live coding and practical sessions.
- Demonstrate clean and efficient coding practices.
- Design coding exercises and problem-solving challenges.
- Guide learners through debugging and error resolution.
- Encourage learners to independently write and understand code.

Data Structures & Problem Solving

- Train learners in fundamental data structures and algorithms.
- Develop logical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Conduct coding challenges and practical assessments.
- Prepare learners for coding platforms and technical interviews.

Project-Based Learning

- Guide learners in building C++ based projects.
- Break projects into practical milestones.




- Review learner code and provide technical feedback.
- Ensure learners understand implementation, not just theory.

Documentation

- Prepare C++ notes, coding examples, assignments, and project documentation.
- Maintain updated learning resources.
- Document learner progress and performance.

Learner Engagement

- Conduct quizzes, coding challenges, discussions, and interactive activities.
- Adapt teaching methods based on learner understanding.
- Maintain active participation throughout sessions.
