Job Overview

Hiring Tele Collections Executives to handle inbound/outbound collection calls for overdue Personal & Business Loan accounts and ensure timely EMI collections.

Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline.

Experience: 6 months–2 years in Tele Collections, Collections, Customer Handling/Service; overall relevant experience up to 3 years considered.

Age: 18–30 years.

Experience in NBFC/BFSI preferred. Excellent communication in English & Hindi; regional language is an advantage. Robust convincing, negotiation, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills. Basic knowledge of CRM & MS Office.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with customers for pending EMI payments and negotiate repayment plans.
- Handle customer queries, escalations,



and payment-related disputes professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer interactions and payment commitments in CRM.
- Coordinate with field collection and backend teams for account resolution.
- Follow collection processes, compliance, and quality standards.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.

Salary

Up to ₹3.5 LPA + Attractive Performance Incentives
