Oh!G Snack is a fast-growing FMCG startup on a mission to make healthy millet-based snacking accessible across India. As we expand our retail, quick commerce, e-commerce, and distribution network, we're looking for an Operations Executive who can help build efficient systems and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Your Role

As an Operations Executive, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our supply chain and business operations. You'll coordinate with vendors, manage inventory, oversee procurement, and support logistics to keep the business running efficiently.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, process improvement, and working across multiple business functions.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics & Supply Chain

- Coordinate dispatches and deliveries
- Plan and monitor product movement
- Ensure timely order fulfillment
- Work with transport and logistics partners
- Resolve operational and delivery issues

Procurement

- Source packaging materials and other operational requirements
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement
- Compare quotations and negotiate with vendors
- Ensure uninterrupted availability of required materials

Vendor Management

- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Coordinate pricing, purchase orders, and deliveries
- Monitor vendor performance and service quality
- Identify and onboard recent vendors when required

Inventory Management

- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Track stock movement and inventory levels
- Coordinate stock audits and reconciliation
- Prevent stock shortages and excess inventory
- Work closely with warehouse and production teams

Documentation & Operations





- Prepare purchase orders and operational documents
- Maintain vendor records and business documentation
- Organize invoices and operational reports
- Ensure proper record keeping and compliance
- Support process improvements across operations

We're Looking For Someone Who

- Has strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Pays close attention to detail
- Can manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Is proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Communicates effectively with vendors and internal teams
- Takes ownership and works independently
- Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
- Prior experience in operations, procurement, logistics, inventory management, or FMCG is preferred but not mandatory
- Familiarity with inventory management systems or ERP software is an added advantage
