Sales Executive

Job description:

Future-CG is looking for highly motivated Sales Executive, to join our growing Team. This position will be responsible for the development of the generation of new business opportunities and shall nurture lead campaigns for our services.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Identify & connect with potential clients and the decision makers within the client’s organization.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find recent opportunities and convert this into business.
- Develop the clear understanding of Client's needs, Concerns, Objectives and plan appropriate approach /pitch.
- Follow up to ensure the closure of the business deal.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.




- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their BD skills.

Required Experience, Qualifications and Skill Set:

- Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Good communication skills .

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
