Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. Creative Strategy & Brainstorming

- Lead brainstorming sessions to conceptualise high-performing video ideas that align with brand aesthetics and performance goals.
- Develop and define unique editing styles (hooks, transitions, text overlays) to ensure content stands out and drives engagement.
- Research current trends on Instagram and Shorts to translate them into actionable briefs for creators.

2. Project & Team Leadership

- Ensure all projects run on schedule, managing every stage from ideation to final delivery.
- Supervise and mentor interns, assigning daily tasks and ensuring they remain productive.
- Conduct "Start Day" and "End Day" meetings with the intern team to align on goals and troubleshoot issues.
- Act as the primary point of contact for coordination between the internal team and clients.

3. Quality Control & Creative Oversight

- Perform rigorous quality checks at every stage of the production process:
- Creators: Ensuring a strong content-brand fit.




- Scripts: Reviewing for hooks and brand alignment.
- Raw Footage/B-roll: Checking for lighting, framing, and clarity.
- Edits: Ensuring the final cut matches the brainstormed style and is ready for client approval.

4. Operations & Database Management

- Maintain and update the internal master database of all creators.
- Manage all project trackers, reports, and internal drives to ensure data is organised and accessible.
- Handle problem-solving for interns to remove any bottlenecks in the production flow.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
