Position: Telecaller Executive

Role Summary:
The Telecaller Executive is responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, generating leads, following up with customers, and providing information about the company's products or services.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain customer relationships.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with relevant teams.
- Maintain call records and update CRM/database.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Address customer concerns and resolve basic queries.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Solid interpersonal and customer service skills.




- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
- Ability to handle objections and work under pressure.
- Positive attitude and result-oriented approach.

Qualification

- 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream).
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
