Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with study-abroad enquiries
- Counsel students on countries, courses, universities and admission pathways
- Understand student profiles and recommend suitable study options
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp
- Convert qualified leads into applications
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update CRM/lead records
- Achieve monthly counselling and application conversion targets

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Study Abroad Telecounselling — mandatory
- Strong communication and counselling skills
- Valuable knowledge of study-abroad destinations and admission processes
- Proven ability to handle and convert leads
- Target-oriented and confident on calls
- Experience with CRM/lead management will be an advantage

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
