About the Role

We are looking for a Producer to join our production team and manage projects from pre-production through delivery. The ideal candidate should be organised, proactive, good with people, and comfortable handling multiple projects in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage projects from pre-production to final delivery, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Coordinate with clients, directors, writers, production teams, and vendors throughout the project.
- Prepare and manage budgets, schedules, production plans, and trackers.
- Handle recce, casting, crew, locations, equipment, vendors, and other production requirements.
- Coordinate shoots and ensure smooth execution on the day of production.
- Track deliverables and follow up with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Identify potential production challenges and proactively find solutions.
- Assist in developing pitches, decks, treatments, and production plans when required.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and ensure requirements are understood and delivered.

Requirements





- 2–3 years of experience in production, preferably in a production house, advertising agency, or creative studio.
- Positive understanding of pre-production, shoot execution, and post-production workflows.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with flexible working hours when required.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, and project management tools is a plus.
