Position Summary:

- Supervise and support the offshore assurance team by providing guidance, training, performance feedback, and onboarding support to promote professional development and consistent work quality.
- Coordinate workflow, staffing, and resource allocation to ensure balanced utilization, timely completion of deliverables, and alignment with engagement priorities.
- Review assurance workpapers, documentation, and complex assurance procedures to ensure technical accuracy, quality, and compliance with firm methodologies and standards.
- Serve as the primary liaison between offshore and U.S.-based assurance teams, communicating priorities, feedback, workload updates, and engagement expectations.
- Monitor quality, identify process improvement opportunities, address technical or capacity-related concerns, and support operational efficiency initiatives while escalating issues as appropriate.
