ABOUT THE ROLE

Growlity is looking for a Content Writer – Sustainability & ESG with robust writing, research, and communication skills. The role involves developing sustainability reports and creating clear, engaging content from technical ESG and sustainability information.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Sustainability & ESG Reporting: Prepare and develop Sustainability, ESG, Impact, and other corporate reports in line with GRI Standards and relevant reporting requirements.
- ESG Disclosures: Assist in preparing disclosures and content related to GRI, ESG, BRSR, and UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
- Research & Analysis: Research ESG frameworks, sustainability regulations, industry trends, and emerging developments to support reporting and content creation.
- Content Development: Write blogs, articles, white papers, case studies, website content, thought leadership pieces, and industry insights related to sustainability and ESG.
- Technical Content Writing: Convert complex sustainability data and technical information into clear, accurate, structured, and engaging content for corporate audiences.
- Policies & Documentation: Support the development of sustainability policies, procedures, frameworks, and other related documentation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sustainability consultants, analysts, designers, and other team members to develop high-quality reports and communication materials.




- Editing & Quality: Edit, proofread, and review content to ensure accuracy, consistency, clarity, and professional quality.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Excellent English writing, editing, proofreading, and research skills.
- Strong understanding of Sustainability & ESG concepts.
- Familiarity with GRI Standards and ESG Reporting.
- Basic knowledge of BRSR and SDGs is preferred.
- Ability to simplify and communicate technical information effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and structured writing ability.
- Good communication, analytical, and teamwork skills.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

Education: Bachelor's / Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Journalism, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Experience: 1–3 Years

Freshers with strong writing skills and a genuine interest in ESG & Sustainability are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
