1.Programming and set up CNC & VMC to complete current product/different functions.
2.Selection and Changing the tooling of the CNC & VMC machine
3.Observe machine operation to verify accuracy of machine settings and to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining, using precision measuring instruments such as micrometer and dial caliper.
4.Adjust machine control, including part process
5.Verify “first piece inspection” using appropriate measuring instruments
6.Generally monitor the work being undertaken and completed, testing and taking agreed critical measurements to identify problems and the need for adjustment etc and to immediately make any adjustments as necessary.
7.Post edit CNC programme to “fine tune” process for optimum performance
8.Undertake agreed CNC inspection
9.Maintain accurate data/records/documentation associated with your work
10.Carry out planned tasks in accordance with requirements on services and associated systems
11.Carry out tasks within allotted time limits
12.Ensure compliance with quality standards, policies and procedures, codes and legislation including health and safety
13.Responsible to solve the problems on parts , Machines and man power immediately.
14.Contribute towards the smooth running of the team
15.Responsibly use resources and control expenses to meet agreed budgetary controls
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
