Description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect who can own end-to-end solution architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, and guide broader multi-cloud engagements. The candidate should have strong conceptual and working knowledge of Apex and LWC to review and guide development, the ability to advise on Salesforce's AI capabilities, and the certifications typically expected at this level of experience.

Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other clouds as engagements require
- Lead architecture and solution design workshops; prepare technical design documents and define best-practice architecture
- Advise on and design AI-driven capabilities (Agentforce, Einstein AI, Data Cloud) into the overall solution
- Own data architecture, integration strategy, security model, and governance across the platform
- Review and guide Apex/LWC development work; ensure code quality and architectural alignment
- Manage third-party integrations and multi-cloud data flow
- Conduct architecture reviews, gap analysis, and platform health checks for existing implementations
- Mentor Consultants/Developers on architecture best practices
- Stay current with new Salesforce releases, features, and AI capabilities, and recommend adoption where relevant

- Sales Cloud — Lead/Opportunity management, forecasting, CPQ basics (Must Have)
- Service Cloud — Case management, Omni-Channel (Must Have)
- Marketing Cloud — Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio (B2C marketing) (Must Have)
- Marketing Cloud Account Engagement / Pardot — B2B marketing automation (distinct product from Marketing Cloud) (Valuable to Have)
- Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) — Partner/Customer portals (Good to Have)




- Data Cloud — Unified customer data, segmentation (Good to Have)
- Revenue Cloud / CPQ & Billing — Quote-to-cash processes (Good to Have)
- Health Cloud / Financial Services Cloud — for industry-specific engagements (Good to Have)
- Analytics / Tableau / CRM Analytics — Reporting and business intelligence (Good to Have)

AI Modules

- Agentforce — AI agent configuration for sales/service processes (Good to Have)
- Einstein AI (Copilot, GPT, Prediction Builder, Bots) — predictive and generative AI features (Good to Have)
- Prompt Builder — AI prompt template design (Good to Have)

Required Skills

- Strong conceptual and working knowledge of Apex — enough to review, guide, and unblock the development team (hands-on coding not mandatory at this level)
- Strong conceptual and working knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC) and modern Salesforce UI architecture
- Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, security architecture, and integration patterns (REST/SOAP, MuleSoft preferred)

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
