- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Qualified & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- Experience in configuring and managing SAP GRC modules to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
- Strong knowledge of access control, risk analysis, and remediation processes within SAP environments.
- Ability to integrate SAP GRC solutions with other enterprise systems to streamline governance workflows.
- Familiarity with audit management and policy management features in SAP GRC.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to SAP GRC implementations.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).

- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ location.
