Desired candidate’s profile:

1. Proven experience in sales of industrial, electrical, or electronics products.

2. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

3. Target-driven with a proactive and customer-focused attitude.

4. Ability to understand technical products and explain solutions effectively.

5. Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently or in a team.

6. Willingness to travel for client visits and attend industry events.

Language preference:

English, Hindi, Bengali

Computer proficiency:

Moderate

Work Profile:

1.



Drive sales of Getron Powertronics control products to industrial, commercial, and retail clients.

2. Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.

3. Present, demonstrate, and provide technical information about products to customers.

4. Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery.

5. Maintain strong customer relationships and provide post-sales support.

6. Coordinate with internal teams for production, logistics, and technical support.

7. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback for reporting to management.

Working hours:

10AM to 7PM

Monday to Saturday
