Job Summary:
We are looking for a Student Relationship Officer to support prospective students by providing information about educational programs and assisting them throughout the admission process. The role involves maintaining student relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a positive student experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Interact with prospective students through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
- Understand student requirements and provide suitable guidance on educational programs.
- Follow up with enquiries and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support the admission process.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with students.
- Achieve assigned enquiry and admission targets while ensuring quality service.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in counselling, customer service, sales, or the education sector is an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
