Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as Business Development Executives (BDE). Candidates with positive communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through calls, messages, and other business development channels.
- Connect with potential customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain company products/services clearly to prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Support the sales team in achieving business targets.
- Maintain daily follow-up and lead activity records.




- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer handling.
- Work towards assigned sales and business development targets.

Required Skills

- Hindi communication is mandatory.
- Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and build a career in Business Development/Sales.
- Confident and positive attitude.
- Good convincing and follow-up skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers with a strong interest in sales are welcome.

Education

- Any Graduate / Bachelor's degree preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
