Job description:
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with customers and maintain strong relationships.
- Update customer interactions and lead status in CRM.
- Follow-up with targets.
Requirements:
- 1+ year experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service.
- Good communication skills and command over languages.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and email.
- Solid follow-up and relationship-building skills
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
