Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Executive specializing in Recruitment to join our dynamic Human Resources team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating the offer process. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of various recruitment strategies and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal databases, to attract top talent.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.




- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and effective process.
- Maintain and update the Tracking System with accurate candidate information and recruitment progress.
- Prepare and extend offer letters, negotiate terms, and manage the pre-boarding process for new hires.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Stay informed about industry trends, recruitment best practices, and labor market conditions.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and career fairs to promote the company as an employer of choice.
- Generate recruitment reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies during the recruitment process.
