We are looking for a results-driven, empathetic, and strategic Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our key clients, fostering long-term relationships, ensuring high satisfaction rates, and driving customer retention.

The ideal candidate possesses a blend of robust interpersonal communication skills and data-driven analytical abilities.You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and product development teams to align customer feedback with business goals and identify upsell or cross-selling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Relationship Building: Establish, build, and maintain long-term, profitable relationships with key clients and accounts.
- Customer Advocacy & Support: Act as the primary advocate for clients internally, ensuring their needs, inquiries, and issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Retention & Growth:



Drive customer loyalty and retention programs to reduce churn and identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.
- Conflict Resolution: Plan and execute effective strategies for conflict resolution, handling escalated customer complaints with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Feedback Integration: Gather, analyze, and synthesize customer feedback and market trends, relaying actionable insights to product and marketing teams to improve overall service delivery.
- Data & CRM Management: Maintain accurate client records, interaction histories, and pipeline data using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction (CSAT), net promoter scores (NPS), and client retention rates.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
