The India Craft House is a premium e-commerce brand showcasing handcrafted products made by artisans across India.Role:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Packing & Dispatch Executive to handle the packing and dispatch of our handcrafted products and e-commerce orders.

Key responsibilities:

⁠ ⁠Pick and check products against customer orders.

⁠ ⁠Carefully pack handicrafts, textiles and other products.

⁠ ⁠Ensure products are properly protected and packed to our quality standards.

⁠ ⁠Print and attach shipping labels and invoices.

⁠ ⁠Coordinate with courier partners for dispatches.

⁠ ⁠Maintain basic packing and dispatch records.

⁠ ⁠Assist with inventory checking when required.

Requirements:

⁠ ⁠12th pass or graduate.

⁠ ⁠Basic computer/smartphone skills.

⁠ ⁠Positive attention to detail and ability to handle products carefully.

⁠ ⁠Previous e-commerce, packing or warehouse experience preferred.

⁠ ⁠Honest, punctual and willing to learn.

⁠ ⁠Gurgaon/local candidates preferred.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
