We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Civil Trainer to join CADD Centre and deliver high-quality training in civil engineering design and CAD/BIM software. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, practical industry exposure, and the ability to effectively train students and working professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions for civil engineering and CAD/BIM software courses.
- Train students on software such as AutoCAD, Revit Architecture/Structure, Civil 3D, STAAD.Pro, SketchUp, and related civil engineering tools, based on the centre's course curriculum.
- Explain civil engineering concepts, drafting standards, modelling techniques, and industry practices in a simple and practical manner.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, exercises, projects, and assessments.
- Provide hands-on guidance during software practice and project work.
- Evaluate students' performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Support students in completing industry-oriented projects and portfolios.
- Keep course content and technical knowledge updated with current industry standards and software developments.
- Maintain training records, attendance, assessment results, and student progress.
- Assist the centre in counselling students regarding suitable civil CAD/BIM courses and career pathways when required.




- Ensure a professional, engaging, and positive learning environment.
- Coordinate with the academic/centre team to achieve student satisfaction and training quality targets.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering design and drafting concepts.
- Proficiency in relevant CAD/BIM software.
- Prior experience in training, teaching, site/design work, or civil engineering projects is preferred.
- Freshers with robust software skills and good communication abilities may also be considered.

Technical Skills

Candidates should have working knowledge of one or more of the following:

- AutoCAD
- Revit Architecture / Revit Structure
- Civil 3D
- STAAD.Pro
- SketchUp
- Quantity Estimation & BOQ
- Structural/Civil Drafting
- BIM concepts and workflows
- MS Office
