Job Overview:
As an HR Executive at PropVIVO, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of HR operations and driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement, development, and compliance. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
- Administer and maintain employee records and HRIS systems.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and internal regulations.
- Assist in performance management and employee development programs.
- Facilitate employee onboarding, offboarding, and other HR-related processes.
- Collaborate with departments to address employee concerns and support organizational needs.
- Organize training sessions, workshops, and other development programs.
- Handle employee relations issues and provide support to foster a harmonious work environment.
- Prepare and maintain HR documentation, reports, and analytics.




- Support HR projects and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes.
- Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a fast-paced organization.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/ATS tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.

Job Type: Full time (Onsite - Surat, Gujarat)

Pay: ₹10,855.49 - ₹33,181.00 per month
