The Senior Tender Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process, ensuring timely submission of competitive bids, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires strong analytical, documentation, and negotiation skills to secure business opportunities through government and private tenders.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate relevant tenders (Government / Private / EPC projects)
- Manage complete tender lifecycle from pre-bid to submission
- Review tender documents, technical specifications, and commercial terms
- Coordinate with internal departments (Technical, Finance, Procurement, Legal)
- Prepare and compile technical and commercial bid documents
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements and deadlines
- Handle GeM portal / e-tendering platforms submissions
- Participate in pre-bid meetings and clarify queries
- Maintain tender database, records, and documentation
- Track tender status and follow up for results / clarifications
- Assist in contract finalization and post-award documentation
- Analyze competitor pricing and market trends
