Vision Academy – Pondicherry is looking for agile and motivated candidates for multiple roles. We are seeking individuals who can efficiently handle student interactions, administrative responsibilities, and accounting activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Admin Cum Telecaller: (Vision Academy)

- Manage daily office operations & front office activities
- Maintain student records, documentation, admissions & fee entries
- Handle inbound & outbound calls, explain courses & fees
- Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into admissions
- Guide students in course selection & provide basic counselling
- Eligibility: Any UG Degree | Computer Knowledge Must

Accountant:

- Handle daily accounts and billing activities
- Maintain financial records and reports
- Work with Tally software for accounting operations
- Eligibility:



UG/PG Degree | Commerce / Accounts Background Preferred | Tally Knowledge Must

Driver

- Drive company cars and vans safely.
- Transport people or goods.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety.
- Eligibility: Valid licence for cars and vans, Good driving record.

Work Timing:

- 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
