A site supervisor oversees daily operations on a construction or work site. They manage workers, enforce safety rules, track materials, and ensure projects stay on schedule and match blueprints.
Daily Management & Operations
- Monitor work progress and team performance.
- Supervise laborers and coordinate subcontractors.
- Assign daily tasks and organize work schedules.
- Read and interpret blueprints and building plans.
Safety & Compliance
- Inspect the job site to find and fix hazards.
- Enforce health and safety laws and proper gear use.
- Train workers on safety protocols and emergency response.
Resources & Logistics
- Manage material orders, deliveries, and inventory.
- Check that tools and heavy machines work safely.
- Report project updates and delays to upper management.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
