Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Intern – Relationship Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for students in their final semester or fresh graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in client engagement and relationship management.

Important: We are looking for candidates who are committed to flourishing in this department and do not intend to leave after the internship. Exceptional performers will be considered for a permanent role after 6 months.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in maintaining positive relationships with students, parents, and mentors.
- Support the Relationship Manager in handling queries and resolving concerns.
- Coordinate demo sessions, feedback collection, and follow-ups.
- Document interactions and prepare reports for management.
- Learn and apply best practices in relationship management.

Qualifications





- Must be in the last semester of graduate studies or a recent graduate (within 1 year) in Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly and work in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace is preferred.
