Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and organized Junior HR & Student Placement Coordinator to support HR activities and coordinate student placement opportunities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong relationships with students and companies.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate student placement and career support activities.
- Communicate with companies regarding placement and recruitment opportunities.
- Identify and coordinate job opportunities suitable for students.
- Schedule interviews, placement drives, and recruitment activities.
- Maintain student placement records and regularly update placement status.
- Prepare and share job openings and interview details with eligible students.
- Coordinate between students, recruiters, and internal teams.
- Assist students with interview preparation and placement-related guidance.
- Support basic HR activities such as candidate coordination, attendance, documentation, and onboarding.




- Maintain professional relationships with companies and recruitment partners.
- Prepare placement reports and follow up on student selections.
- Handle student and employer queries professionally.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
- Prior experience in student placement, recruitment, or HR will be an advantage.
