We are looking for a motivated Estimation Engineer with 2–5 years of experience in construction and interior projects. The candidate should be capable of preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity take-offs while coordinating with the design and execution teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare BOQs and quantity take-offs from drawings.
- Prepare cost estimates for construction and interior projects.
- Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare material quantity sheets and cost analysis.
- Assist in tender preparation and project budgeting.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and site engineers.
- Update project cost records and estimation databases.
- Support procurement with material specifications and quantities.
- Review drawings for estimation-related discrepancies.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.




- 2–5 years of experience in estimation for construction/interior projects. Freshers can also apply
- Good knowledge of construction materials and interior finishes.
- Ability to read architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
- Positive analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of BOQ preparation and quantity surveying.
- Experience in residential and commercial interior projects.
- Familiarity with ERP/software like Excel, AutoCAD, or similar estimation tools.
- Basic understanding of project execution and procurement processes.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
