Roles and Responsibilities:

1. rTMS & Neurofeedback Administration

· Deliver Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (rTMS) and Neurofeedback sessions at the designated hospital facility under supervision and guidance of Clinical Psychologists and the Consultant Psychiatrist.

· Ensure adherence to established clinical protocols, patient safety standards, and ethical practices during all treatment sessions.

· Maintain accurate reporting of treatment parameters, patient feedback, and session records.

2. Home Treatment Delivery

· Provide in-home rTMS and Neurofeedback sessions at patients’ residences or consulting clinics as per treatment plans.

· Travel on a daily basis to patient locations when required, ensuring timely and professional service delivery.

· Act as the primary point of patient contact during home treatments, ensuring comfort, confidentiality, and clinical protocol compliance.

3. Coordination with Clinical Team (KIMS Hospital)

· Collaborate with the clinical team at KIMS, including Psychologists and Psychiatrists, to ensure smooth execution of TMS sessions and psychometric assessments.

· Assist in psychometric test administration, scoring, and reporting as per patient treatment requirements.

· Provide updates to supervising clinicians regarding patient progress and treatment observations.

4. Liaison & Communication

· Act as a bridge between Centre administration and the clinical team for seamless patient follow-ups, scheduling, and treatment updates.

· Coordinate with hospital staff,



administrative teams, and clinicians to ensure treatment continuity and patient satisfaction.

· Maintain clear, qualified communication channels between patients, families, doctors, and clinic staff to ensure information is accurately shared and documented.

5. Skills & Competencies

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient-facing interactions.

· Ability to travel locally on a daily basis for home treatment delivery.

· Attention to detail, patient-first approach, and adherence to clinical protocols.

· Basic knowledge of mental health treatments, psychometric testing, and neuromodulation therapies preferred.

· Organizational skills to manage treatment schedules, patient records, and follow-up coordination.

Note:

· Training at Delhi center for 2-4 weeks under Medical Director

· Post training in Delhi, 2 weeks of real time training in Bengaluru ( Travel, Accommodation, Food, company will take care)

· Then deployment at Mysore for 30 to 45 days (Travel, Accommodation, Food, company will take care)

· Then permanent deployment back to Delhi for Home treatment/ Partner Clinic

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
