Job description:

Position: CRM (Customer Relationship Manager)

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
- Update customers regarding order status, dispatch schedules, and deliveries.
- Maintain customer records, quotations, purchase orders, and follow-up reports.
- Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily and monthly CRM reports.
- Follow up on pending payments and customer feedback.
- Support the sales team in achieving business targets.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM/ERP software.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management or Sales Coordination.
- Positive communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati. (Gujarati Preferable)
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and ERP software.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.

Work Location: In person

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
