We are looking for a Mobile Automation Test Engineer to design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks for our native/hybrid mobile applications across Android and iOS platforms, ensuring quality and stability across releases.

Key Responsibilities:

1. 2+ years in mobile test automation (Android and iOS)

2. Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for mobile apps using tools like Appium, Espresso, XCUITest tools

3. Build and maintain cross-platform mobile automation frameworks (Page Object Model)

4. Execute functional, regression, and smoke test suites on real devices, emulators, and simulators

Integrate mobile test suites into CI/CD pipelines.

5. Perform device/OS compatibility testing across various screen sizes and OS versions

6. Test push notifications, deep links, gestures, offline behavior, and app permissions.

7. Log, track, and verify bug fixes using tools like JIRA

8. Collaborate with developers and product managers to define test strategy and acceptance criteria

9. Conduct API-level testing (REST Assured/Postman) supporting mobile backend services

Required Skills:

10. Strong hands-on experience with Appium (Java/Python/JS) or native frameworks (Espresso for Android, XCUITest for iOS)

Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, Python, or TypeScript

12. Experience with TestNG/JUnit, Git, and CI/CD tools

13. Understanding of mobile app architecture, gestures, and OS-specific behaviors

14. Familiarity with real device/emulator/simulator testing and cloud device labs

Nice to Have

15. Experience with Playwright, REST Assured, or performance testing (JMeter)

16. Basic understanding of iOS provisioning profiles/certificates and Android APK/AAB builds.

17.Ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude) to accelerate test script generation, debugging, and framework maintenance

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
