Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote and develop the market for our construction materials and building-related products and services.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying recent business opportunities, developing relationships with contractors, builders, dealers, distributors, architects, and other industry stakeholders, as well as tracking construction projects and market opportunities.

Candidates with prior experience in the construction or building materials industry will be strongly preferred. A Civil Engineering / Civil-related background will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and market the company's construction materials, products, and services.
- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
- Track ongoing and upcoming construction projects within the city and surrounding areas.
- Build relationships with builders, contractors, developers, architects, consultants, dealers, and other construction professionals.
- Identify potential projects where our products and services can be introduced.
- Develop a network of dealers and distributors.
- Identify suitable distributors across India (Pan India) who can market and sell our products.
- Contact, evaluate, and develop relationships with potential distributors and channel partners.
- Conduct regular market visits and understand competitor activities, pricing, demand, and market trends.
- Generate leads and convert opportunities into sales.




- Follow up with customers, contractors, dealers, and distributors to develop long-term business relationships.
- Maintain regular reports of market visits, leads, projects, customer interactions, and business development activities.
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding enquiries, quotations, orders, deliveries, and customer requirements.
- Contribute to developing and expanding the company's market presence.

Requirements

- Previous experience in construction materials, building materials, infrastructure, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of the construction market and project ecosystem.
- Experience in B2B marketing, sales, business development, dealer development, or distributor management will be preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, networking, and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to travel for market visits, project visits, customer meetings, and distributor development.
- Ability to independently identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Civil Engineering / Civil background will be an advantage.
- Candidates with an established network among builders, contractors, dealers, distributors, or construction companies will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be someone who understands the construction materials market, actively follows construction projects, and can develop business through direct customers as well as dealer and distributor networks.

Experience: 2+ years preferred
Location: Ahmedabad
Travel: Required

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
