Key Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls to potential clients.
Introduce Techfruits and explain our IT services clearly.
Speak with prospective clients and understand their basic requirements.
Create interest in Techfruits’ services through effective communication.
Follow up with interested prospects when required.
Share relevant information about our services with prospective clients.
Coordinate with the internal team when a prospect shows interest.
Maintain basic details of calls and client interactions.
Key Requirements
Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients.
Learn about Techfruits’ services and communicate them confidently to prospects. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline & Freshers are welcome to apply.
Valuable English verbal communication skills.
Comfortable speaking with new people over the phone.Confident and positive attitude. Good listening and interpersonal skills. Willingness to learn and improve communication skills. Sound computer knowledge. Interest in IT, technology, client communication, or business development.
