Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day social media presence, primarily on Instagram.
- Plan, create, and publish Instagram Posts, Reels, and Stories regularly.
- Develop creative content ideas based on current trends and audience interests.
- Write engaging captions and select appropriate hashtags.
- Manage and grow a personal/creator-led or vlogging Instagram page.
- Identify trending Reels, sounds, formats, and content opportunities.
- Track page growth, reach, engagement, and content performance.
- Suggest current strategies to increase followers and overall page visibility.
- Maintain a consistent brand/personal-page tone and visual identity.

Requirements

- Strong hands-on experience with Instagram posting and Reels.
- Experience managing a personal Instagram page, vlogging page, creator page, or influencer page is highly preferred.
- Creative mindset with the ability to come up with fresh content ideas.
- Well-organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
