Spa Manager – Ode Spa Wellness, Chennai (Anna Salai, Teynampet)

Position: Spa Manager
Location: Ode Spa Wellness, Courtyard Marriott, Anna Salai, Teynampet, Chennai

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Spa, Wellness, Hospitality, or Hotel Operations
- Solid sales and membership conversion skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Experience in team handling, revenue generation, and guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of spa operations, therapist management, and inventory control
- Fluent in English and Tamil preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive spa revenue through memberships and retail sales
- Manage daily spa operations and staff scheduling
- Ensure exceptional guest experience and service standards
- Monitor sales targets, budgets, and outlet performance
- Coordinate with hotel management and corporate teams
- Train, motivate, and supervise therapists and reception staff

Salary: Best in industry + Incentives

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
