B2B education counselor will generate recent B2B sales opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns also guide students on academic and career paths by assessing their strengths and interests, helping them set goals, and developing personalized plans. Responsible for counseling prospective students/parents, converting leads into applications & admissions, maintaining CRM discipline, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the admission cycle.
Key Responsibilities-
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products and services
Counsel students & parents through phone, WhatsApp, email and in-person
Explain programs, eligibility, fee structure, scholarships & career scope
Convert enquiries into forms and admissions
Maintain follow-up discipline and timely communication with leads
Coordinate with marketing & lead team for lead quality feedback
Assist in documentation and payment follow-ups
Participate in admission events, webinars, open house & campus visits
Record all conversations.
Candidates should have CRM experience.
Candidates with B2B sales experience will be preferred first
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
