Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, understanding their business requirements, generating leads, and scheduling meetings for the sales/business development team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
- Introduce Andreal's services and understand potential clients' requirements.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
- Maintain a database of prospects and update lead information regularly.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the sales/business development team.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the sales and client servicing teams for smooth lead conversion.




- Handle basic client queries and communicate relevant information about the company's services.
- Prepare regular reports on calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and persuasive communication style.
- Good Hindi, Bengali, and English communication skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Robust follow-up and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Preferred Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, lead generation, business development, or customer service will be an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
