- Install, service, and maintain UPS systems, inverters, batteries, and power backup equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown service activities at customer sites
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to UPS systems and electrical equipment
- Conduct battery testing, replacement, and health checking activities
- Attend customer complaints and resolve technical issues within the committed timeline
- Ensure proper electrical wiring, cable connections, and safety procedures during service work
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for smooth service execution
- Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and site visit documentation
- Support AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) service activities
- Educate customers regarding basic UPS operation and maintenance practices

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of UPS systems, inverters, batteries,



and power electronics
- Basic electrical troubleshooting and wiring knowledge
- Field service and customer handling skills
- Technical problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently at customer sites
- Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation

Preferred Candidate:

- Experience in field service activities preferred
- Willingness to travel for customer site visits and field service activities
