Role Description The Junior Sales Executive will work on-site at SilverWorld’s store in Janpath, New Delhi, India, in a full-time capacity. This role involves greeting and engaging customers, understanding their preferences, and recommending suitable silver jewelry pieces from the collection. The Junior Sales Executive will handle in-store sales transactions, maintain accurate billing, and support inventory management by organizing displays and monitoring stock levels. They will respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and ensure a welcoming,



professional store environment. The role also includes assisting with basic sales reporting, helping with visual merchandising, and supporting promotional activities as needed.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Sales aptitude, including basic retail selling techniques, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi; additional local languages are an advantage.
- Basic numeracy and comfort using point-of-sale systems and handling cash or digital payments accurately.
- Interest in jewelry, fashion, or design, with a willingness to learn about silver jewelry and current trends.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, including weekends and peak shopping hours, as part of a structured schedule.
- Skilled demeanor, reliability, and attention to detail in presentation, store maintenance, and documentation.
- Prior experience in retail or customer-facing roles is preferred but motivated entry-level candidates are welcome.
- Candidate from Delhi/NCR will be preferable.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
