Job Description:
1. Install inverters, and associated equipment on commercial properties, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
2. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to maximize system performance and longevity.
3. Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including wiring problems, equipment malfunctions, and system failures.
4. Perform on-site repairs and replacements of faulty components or equipment to restore solar system functionality.
5. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining system operation, and offering guidance on system optimization.
6.



Utilize monitoring systems to track system performance, identify issues, and proactively address them.
7. Maintain accurate records of service visits, equipment specifications, and repair activities.
8. Adhere to safety protocols, standards, and regulations to ensure a secure work workplace and safe installations.
9. Stay updated on the latest advancements in solar technology and equipment to effectively service and troubleshoot systems.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and project management, to ensureseamless project execution.

Qualifications:
1. A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, renewable energy, or a related field is preferred.
2. Strong communication and customer service skills are crucial for interacting with clients.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
4. Must have proficiency in English & Hindi (both written and spoken); Candidates with knowledge of other languages shall be preferred.

The role of a Service Engineer is vital in ensuring the efficient operation of renewable energy systems and providing high-quality customer support. It requires a combination of technical expertise,communication skills, and a commitment to safety and sustainability.
