About the Role

We are hiring Business Managers – Field Sales to expand our partner network and drive business growth in the Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) segment.

The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales experience in the mortgage industry with expertise in onboarding and managing DSAs, channel partners, builders, and referral partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, onboard, and develop new DSAs and channel partners.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing partners.
- Generate Home Loan and LAP business through partner channels.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing.
- Regularly follow up with partners to maximize business opportunities.
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate MIS/reporting.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.

Mandatory Requirements

- Experience in Home Loan (HL) and/or Loan Against Property (LAP) sales.
- B2B Sales experience is mandatory.
- Experience in NBFC, Housing Finance, Banking, or Mortgage Sales preferred.
- Good understanding of Home Loan and LAP products.
- Strong partner acquisition, negotiation, and relationship management skills.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Stable career history with no significant career gaps.
- Own vehicle and willingness to travel for field sales preferred.
