Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and organized Visual Merchandiser to join our team. The role is responsible for maintaining attractive and effective product displays, mannequin styling, window displays, and promotional displays across Branches. The candidate will coordinate with Store Managers, Sales Teams, Marketing Teams, and other Departments to ensure consistent Visual Merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities:

v Plan and maintain attractive product displays across Branches.

v Arrange products according to category, colour, size, design, and collection.

v Manage mannequin styling and window displays.

v Execute festival, seasonal, promotional, and current-arrival displays.

v Ensure all Branches follow company Visual Merchandising standards.

v Conduct Branch visits and monitor display quality.

v Coordinate with Store Managers, Sales Teams,



Marketing Teams, and other Departments.

v Identify display gaps and implement corrective actions.

v Prepare Visual Merchandising Reports with photographs and observations.

v Support new Branch openings, renovations, and layout changes.

v Ensure displays are properly maintained, tagged, and updated.

v Use creative merchandising techniques to improve customer engagement and support sales growth.

Education / Qualification

v Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized institution. Degree or Diploma in Fashion, Textile, Retail Management, Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, or related fields will be preferred.

v Experience: 2-5 years in relevant field

v Strong interest in fashion, retail presentation, product styling, and visual display.

v Knowledge of current fashion trends, colour coordination, and retail display techniques will be an added advantage
