Job Summary

ArtUs Brand is hiring an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team in Kalkaji. This is a recruitment-focused role where leads will be provided by the company, so candidates can focus on connecting with prospects, screening candidates, and completing the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle recruitment activities from initial contact to joining.
- Work on company-provided leads and connect with potential candidates.
- Make calls and communicate job opportunities to candidates.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements.
- Explain job roles, responsibilities, salary, and other relevant details.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate records and update recruitment status.
- Regularly follow up with candidates to ensure successful joining.
- Meet daily/weekly recruitment targets.




- Build positive relationships with candidates.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making calls and speaking with candidates.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/computer applications.
- Willingness to learn and grow in recruitment.
