Electrical Engineer – Production

Job Summary : Flexpro Electricals Private Limited is hiring an experienced Electrical Engineer – Production (2–3 Years Experience) to lead and streamline shop-floor electrical assembly, manufacturing operations, and quality control. The ideal candidate will take ownership of production targets, interpret complex electrical schematics, supervise assembly technicians, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and drive daily electrical production, panel assembly, and wiring operations on the shop floor.
- Plan, execute, and monitor daily/weekly production schedules to meet delivery deadlines.
- Interpret, review, and execute complex electrical drawings, Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), wiring schematics, and Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Allocate tasks, train, and guide electrical technicians and wiremen in component mounting, routing, and crimping best practices.
- Lead stage-wise inspection, electrical continuity testing, insulation resistance testing, and live functional testing.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults, wiring defects, and assembly issues directly on the production line.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Design, Purchase, Quality Assurance, and Stores to resolve material shortages or design discrepancies.
- Ensure strict adherence to shop-floor safety protocols, and ISO/quality management guidelines.




- Maintain comprehensive production logs, Daily Production Reports (DPR), rework logs, and efficiency metrics using MS Excel.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 2–3 years of proven hands-on experience in electrical manufacturing, control panel fabrication, or electrical product assembly.
- Robust proficiency in reading and executing industrial electrical schematics and wiring layouts.
- Solid technical understanding of switchgear, control panels, transformers, relays, and industrial automation components.
- Demonstrated experience in supervising shop-floor technicians and managing shift operations.
- Proficiency in production documentation, BOM handling, and MS Office (especially MS Excel).

Preferred Skills

- Practical knowledge of routine electrical testing standards.
- Familiarity with industrial standards (IS/IEC) and panel manufacturing processes (busbar fabrication, component layout optimization).
- Strong problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and shop-floor crisis management abilities.
- Good communication and leadership skills with fluency in Gujarati and Hindi.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
