We are looking for an experienced Eligibility & Accumulator Analyst to manage and resolve operational issues related to eligibility, accumulators, claims, and healthcare data. The role involves SQL-based data analysis, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, file monitoring, ticket resolution, and collaboration with technical and business teams to ensure data accuracy and system performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor eligibility, accumulator, and inbound/outbound file processing.
- Analyze data using SQL and identify trends or discrepancies.
- Troubleshoot issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Manage and resolve client/vendor support tickets and escalations.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, security, and compliance.
- Work with technical teams to implement solutions and improvements.
- Document issues, workflows, and resolutions.




- Support testing and continuous process improvement.

Required Profile

- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field
- Moderate to Advanced SQL
- Robust data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of health insurance, pharmacy/medical claims, eligibility, and accumulators
- Understanding of HIPAA, PHI, PII, GDPR or similar data controls
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
