Key Responsibilities:

- Guest Interaction: Greet guests warmly, escort them to tables, present menus, and explain daily specials or menu items.
- Order Management: Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them to kitchen/bar, and ensure correct delivery.
- Service & Satisfaction: Serve orders promptly, check in with diners after courses, refill drinks, and address concerns to ensure a positive experience.
- Table & Area Maintenance: Keep dining areas clean, set tables,



and clear dirty dishes efficiently.
- Payment Processing: Handle customer payments and process transactions accurately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate service and maintain standards.
- Food Safety: Follow all health and hygiene regulations.
