IT Recruiter – Job Description

Position: IT Recruiter

Experience: 2–3 Years

Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month

Department: Human Resources / Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities

Source IT candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other relevant channels.

Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and technical skills.

Conduct initial telephonic screening and assess candidate suitability.

Call candidates and explain job opportunities, roles, responsibilities, and relevant details.

Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.

Send interview invitations/call letters to shortlisted candidates.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process.

Maintain regular communication with candidates and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and pipeline status.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding candidate feedback and interview outcomes.





Manage multiple IT requirements and recruitment pipelines simultaneously.

Requirements

2–3 years of hands-on experience in IT Recruitment.

Strong experience in sourcing candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.

Good screening, calling, and candidate coordination skills.

Experience in scheduling and coordinating IT interviews.

Positive understanding of IT roles, technical skills, and recruitment processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to independently manage the recruitment cycle from sourcing to interview coordination.

Candidates from general HR/recruitment profiles without relevant IT recruitment experience will not be considered.
