We are seeking a highly experienced and performance-driven Production Manager – Weaving to lead our weaving division and ensure smooth production operations, productivity enhancement, quality compliance, and manpower management.

Job Overview:

The Production Manager – Weaving will be responsible for overseeing complete weaving production activities, monitoring loom performance, improving efficiency, ensuring production targets, minimizing downtime, and maintaining fabric quality standards.

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in textile weaving operations along with excellent leadership, planning, and production management capabilities.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Production Operations Management
- Handle complete weaving production operations and shift activities.
- Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Monitor loom-wise efficiency, production output, and machine performance.
- Maintain smooth workflow across the weaving department.

Production Planning & Control:

- Coordinate production schedules as per dispatch and customer requirements.
- Optimize machine utilization and production capacity.
- Monitor production planning execution and target fulfilment.

Quality Management:

- Ensure fabric quality standards are maintained throughout production.
- Reduce weaving defects, fabric rejection, and yarn wastage.
- Coordinate with quality control teams for process improvement.





Manpower & Shift Management:

- Supervise supervisors, operators, fitters, and production workers.
- Manage manpower allocation for maximum productivity.
- Maintain workforce discipline and operational efficiency.

Machine & Process Efficiency:

- Work closely with maintenance teams to reduce breakdowns and downtime.
- Improve loom efficiency and productivity performance.
- Implement corrective and preventive production measures.

Reporting & Coordination:

- Prepare production MIS reports and efficiency reports.
- Coordinate with management regarding production status and improvements.
- Maintain accurate production and downtime records.

Safety & Compliance:

- Ensure workplace safety standards and factory compliance procedures.
- Promote clean and disciplined production floor practices.

- Master Degree, Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Textile Technology or relevant field preferred.




- Minimum 5–12 year's experience in weaving production within textile industry.
- Experience in handling weaving units independently.
- Strong leadership and operational management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve production deadlines.
- Candidates from textile manufacturing background preferred.
- Candidates from Tiruchengode, Namakkal, Erode, Salem, Karur regions preferred.
