Techwurkz is hiring an experienced IBM MQ Specialist for a leading global consulting organization. If you have strong expertise in IBM MQ, middleware technologies, production support, and P1/P2 incident troubleshooting, this is an excellent opportunity for a client-facing role.

What You'll Do

✔ Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot IBM MQ environments.
✔ Diagnose and resolve critical P1/P2 incidents across middleware platforms.
✔ Troubleshoot message queues, channels, connectivity, and middleware issues.
✔ Support IBM WebSphere, Tomcat, JBoss, Apache, and AppConnect environments.
✔ Analyze logs, identify root causes, and implement effective resolutions.
✔ Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and middleware teams during incidents.
✔ Support production environments, changes, maintenance, and service improvements.
✔ Communicate technical findings clearly with stakeholders and client teams.

What We're Looking For

✔ 3–5 years of relevant experience in IBM MQ / Middleware Administration.




✔ Strong hands-on experience with IBM MQ.
✔ Working knowledge of WebSphere, Tomcat, JBoss, Apache, and AppConnect.
✔ Solid troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
✔ Experience handling critical production incidents, preferably P1/P2.
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
✔ Comfortable working in a client-facing environment and rotational shifts.
